Guidelines and Instructions

All applications and nominations for the 2026 Whistler Excellence Awards must meet the following general, as well as award-specific criteria:

  1. Be located in Whistler (businesses require a Whistler business license)
  2. Have consented to nomination, publication of their name and be willing to summarize successes to enable knowledge transfer.
    • Nominator is responsible for ensuring correct contact details of the nominee are supplied.
  3. Must not have won the award within the past five years.
  4. Satisfy the award specific criteria (see award categories).
  5. Be a Whistler Chamber Member, unless otherwise noted
